Hi-end refurbishment of a late 17th century Grade II listed building meters away from St James’s Palace, Pall Mall and the Ritz Hotel.

AR Architecture acted as the Architect, Interior Designer, Lead Consultant and Contract Administrator.

In the course of the project, we had to deal with multiple issues arising from the frail condition of the building. The whole structure needed to be reinforced in a sensible way without compromising the historic fabric. Listed building consents had to be obtained from Westminster City Council for all alterations.
