A rooftop extension in a conservation area, adding a family office and leisure space to a top-floor apartment in a converted Victorian building.

Completely invisible from anywhere in the conservation area, the project also includes a “sunken” terrace formed within the height of the existing attic.

The client was inspired by our earlier project on the fully symmetric neighbouring building, which helped guide the design approach.
