Full refurbishment of a Grade II listed building in Central London.

For this high-end project for a demanding international client, we acted as Architect and Lead Consultant, collaborating with a renowned Interior Designer and coordinating a high-profile multidisciplinary team.

The building was laser-scanned and modelled in Revit to a high level of detail. Several successive planning applications were submitted, and we worked closely with the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea to secure permissions for all aspects of the project.
