New development comprising six townhouses and an office building that can be subdivided into 2–6 units.

The client acquired the site of a former post-office delivery depot with an existing planning permission for a scheme designed in the local vernacular. AR Architecture was appointed to produce the construction drawings and discharge more than 30 planning conditions. During the process, we refined the layouts and submitted several applications for amendments.

Behind the traditional façades, the development incorporates advanced timber-frame technology and meets the highest environmental standards.
