One of our first major commissions, it was also the first project we delivered entirely in BIM. We acted as Architect and Lead Consultant, managing a high-profile design team and securing statutory approvals from Westminster City Council and Grosvenor Estates.

For the central courtyard, we designed a unique sliding all-glass roof, bringing light and clarity into the heart of the property.
