Drayton Wood House

High-end refurbishment and extension of a former farmhouse set within 80 acres of ancient woodland in London’s Green Belt and the Chilterns National Landscape.

Alongside the main house, we designed a 190 sq.m outbuilding, styled as a traditional Chilterns barn, to accommodate a “mancave” with a gym, snooker table and golf simulator.

The project, now on site, spent an additional year in planning due to the multiple bat surveys that could be carried out only during the bats’ active seasons.
