Acacia Place House

New high-end private villa replacing a 1930s locally listed building of merit in a conservation area.

Acting as Architect and Lead Consultant, and working closely with an expert planning consultancy team, we secured permission to demolish the existing house and construct a new villa with a spacious basement tailored to the lifestyle of a high-profile international client.

The planners required a neo-Georgian vernacular to ensure the building sat comfortably within its context. The structural design incorporated innovative solutions to address the constraints posed by several major protected trees on the site.
