ALEXANDER RAKITA
RIBA, ARB, OA, MRIAI, Dip Arch (Hons)
I’m an award-winning architect with over 30 years of experience, having studied in Moscow, Paris and Dublin, and worked in Russia, Ireland, the UK and the Middle East. I’m a Chartered Member of RIBA, registered with ARB, and a member of both OA in Portugal and RIAI in Ireland.
In 2010, I founded AR Architecture in London, where I shape the practice’s vision, lead the design of our projects, and nurture lasting relationships with our clients. My passion lies in turning ideas into spaces that are both meaningful and enduring. What inspires me most is seeing a vision take form - watching design improve the way people live and connect with their surroundings.
Outside work, I enjoy scuba diving, skiing, sailing, hiking, gardening, free-hand drawing and, more recently, golf.
